Order Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds; however, you may return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.

Exchange Requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

• The product is defective.
• Product must be in original packaging.
• Product must be unused.

To ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.

Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping Items

To return an order, you must contact us first. Returns can be mailed to our fulfillment center:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs regarding the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.

Pricing, Taxes & Shipping

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the ship-to address. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Order Acceptance & Availability

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Fab Women Wellness reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including for product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the charged amount in full.

Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal (ROSCA & State ARL Compliance)

If you purchase a subscription or auto-ship product, you expressly authorize Fab Women Wellness to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel. Key terms (price, billing interval, cancellation method) are disclosed clearly and conspicuously before checkout, in compliance with the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA, 15 U.S.C. § 8403), the California Automatic Renewal Law, and similar state laws.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, by emailing [email protected], or by calling +1 888-861-3787 — using the same method you used to enroll ("click to cancel"). Cancellation is effective immediately for future billing cycles.

Free Trials & Introductory Offers

If you accept a free trial or introductory offer that converts to a paid subscription, we will disclose before you accept: (i) the trial duration; (ii) the post-trial price; (iii) the billing frequency; and (iv) how to cancel before being charged. You must affirmatively opt in to the conversion.
