These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in Fab Women Wellness's mobile messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms & Conditions. The Program is operated by Fab Women Wellness, a brand of Vault IQ LLC.

SMS / Text Messaging Program — Express Written Consent (TCPA)

Program Description

Fab Women Wellness offers a recurring mobile messaging program that sends transactional and marketing text messages, including order updates, shipping notifications, promotions, cart reminders, product launches, and customer service alerts. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive such messages from Fab Women Wellness at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or prerecorded/artificial voice, where applicable.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Fab Women Wellness. You may purchase our products without opting in to the Program.

One-to-One Consent (FCC 2024 Rule)

Consent obtained through any Fab Women Wellness web form, pop-up, checkout, or lead form applies ONLY to Fab Women Wellness and is not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third-party marketer, affiliate, partner, or seller. Each consent is specific to Fab Women Wellness as a single identified seller, consistent with the FCC's 2024 one-to-one consent rule under the TCPA.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies and may include up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Fab Women Wellness and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may cancel the Program at any time. Text "STOP" to any message you receive from us to unsubscribe. After texting STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No additional messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the mobile number you provided is your own.

Disclosure of Information

Fab Women Wellness will not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer any phone number or customer information collected through the Program to any third party for their marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (e.g., SMS platform, CRM) strictly to operate the Program, under written confidentiality obligations.

Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by text message or by posting an updated notice on fabwomenwellness.com.

Consent to Electronic Communications (E-SIGN Act)

By using the Website or providing your email address or mobile number, you consent to receive communications from Fab Women Wellness electronically, including emails, text messages, push notifications, and notices posted on the Website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 7001 et seq.) and applicable state electronic-signature laws.
